It is five years since UFWDA last surveyed four-wheelers and we invite you to again take part.

The survey should take about eight minutes to complete.

UFWDA recognize that these are strange times, but believe that our recreation will emerge with some positive strengths and this survey will we hope, serve as a baseline.

We welcome your input and please encourage fellow four-wheelers to also complete this survey.

No personal information will be shared outside UFWDA in accordance with our Bylaws.

The survey will stay active until the end of May 2020.
